You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Briefsmilefactry Entertainment Oy, its affiliates, officers, employees and partners from any claims, damages or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Platform.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the District Court of Helsinki (Helsingin käräjäoikeus), Finland.
